Get API credentials

In Zendesk, go to Admin → Channels → API and create an API token.

Add credentials in Orova

Settings → Integrations → Zendesk → enter your subdomain, email, and API token.

Create tool and assign

Tools → Create Tool → select Zendesk → assign to your agent.
